This is a well preserved paperback copy of A Child's Garden of Bible Stories by Arthur W. Gross from 1948.  The covers have some wear as shown, the back has some peeling on the paper backing.  The interior has some aging to the paper but no tears, creases or marks that I could find.  Overall the book is in good condition, especially considering it is almost 80 years old!
